July 30th, 2016 - Ferguson Heads to FALS for Prairie Dirt Classic
Making his first ever trip to Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois), Chris Ferguson was 59 cars signed in for the two-day World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned Prairie Dirt Classic. With the top three finishers in the heats transferring into the main event on Saturday, Ferguson fell back to a 7th place outing. Getting one of four fan votes into the 2nd Annual FALS Draw, Ferguson received the 15th place starting spot for the $5,000-to-win event. After getting caught up behind a tangle-up early in the event, Chris pulled off early to prepare for his consolation event on Saturday night. Transferring only the B-Main winner into the $27,000-to-win A-Main, Chris Ferguson logged a 17th place outing.

July 23rd, 2016 - Chris Ferguson Wins So. Nationals Race at Sceven
Returning with the Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series presented by Old Man’s Garage, Chris Ferguson visited Swainsboro Raceway (Swainsboro, Georgia) on Friday night. After posting the fastest time in a field of thirty-one cars, Ferguson was slated to start on high-side of the front-row alongside Hunter Peacock for the feature. Suffering a flat left-front tire while leading the $5,300-to-win A-Main, Chris battled back to a 10th place outing after swapping out tires.

The following night brought twenty-six cars to Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) for the $5,300-to-win Rebel Yell. Leading the final 18 laps of the feature event, Ferguson stormed to his fifth win of the season over Brent Dixon, Dennis Franklin, Casey Roberts, and Donald Bradsher. (Anthony Neff Photo)

July 16th, 2016 - Ferguson Debuts in Southern National Series at Wythe
Kicking off the 12th Annual Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series presented by Old Man’s Garage, Chris Ferguson headed to Wythe Raceway (Rural Retreat, Virginia) on Saturday night. Competing in a field of twenty-six cars for a $10,000 payday, Ferguson recorded a 15th place finish in the 53-lap A-Main.

July 8th, 2016 - Top Ten Finish for Ferguson in Grassy Smith Memorial
Behind the wheel of his Live Oak Aesthetic and Family Dentistry #22 Super Late Model, Chris Ferguson visited Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) on Friday night for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned event. Drawing twenty-six cars for the 18th Annual Grassy Smith Memorial, Ferguson edged his way into the feature with a 4th place outing in his heat. Coming from the 12th place starting position in the feature, Chris gained three spots in the 50-lapper notching a 9th place finish.
