May 29th, 2016 - Chris Suffers Flat Left-Rear Tire After Challenging for Lead
Running with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series (WoO), Chris Ferguson made the trek to Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) on Saturday night debuting in a brand new Rocket Chassis for the two-day Jackpot 100. Competing in a field of thirty-three Super Late Models, Ferguson timed 3rd fastest in his group of sixteen. Streaking to a 10-lap heat race win, Chris was slated to start 7th for the opening night $8,000-to-win feature. Improving one spot in the feature, Chris Ferguson registered a 6th place finish.

Returning on Sunday night, Ferguson secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a runner-up finish in his heat behind Josh Richards. Starting in 3rd for the 60-lap feature, Ferguson was up to 2nd place challenging race leader Tim Dohm for the top spot until he suffered a left-rear flat tire ending his night. (Zach Yost Photo)

May 13th, 2016 - Ferguson Claims Back-to-Back Feature Wins
Returning with the Ultimate Super Late Model Dirt Series, Chris Ferguson headed to Travelers Rest Speedway (Travelers Rest, South Carolina) on Friday night. Drawing fifteen cars for the Whitey Whiteside Memorial, Chris secured the pole position starting spot for the feature after laying down the fastest time in qualifying. Leading all 40-laps, Chris captured his second straight win and third overall on the season. With Dennis Franklin, Brett Hamm, Brent Dixon, and Kenny Collins trailing him to the checkers, Ferguson pocketed a $4,000 payday. (ZSK Photography)

May 7th, 2016 - Chis Ferguson Wins Carolina Clash Event at Cherokee
Following an unlucky wreck last weekend, Chris Ferguson returned to action on Saturday night at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event. Posting the fastest time in a field of eighteen cars, Chris earned the pole position starting spot for the feature. Jumping to the lead on the drop of the green flag, Ferguson cruised to his second victory of the season with Dennis Franklin, Johnny Pursley, Brett Ham, and Donald Bradsher rounding out the top five. Chris was awarded a $4,000 payday for his 40-lap A-Main win.
