October 21, 2017 - Chris Ferguson Places 19th in DTWC at PRP
Friday night brought Chris Ferguson to Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the 37th annual Rhino Ag Dirt Track World Championship. Drawing 72 Super Late Models for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned weekend, Ferguson followed up a 4th place finish in his first heat with a 3rd place finish in his second round. Transferring into the B-Main on Saturday for another shot at the feature, Chris streaked to a 15-lap consolation victory positioning him 18th on the starting grid for the A-Main. October 14, 2017 - Ferguson Attends King of Carolinas Weekend at Carolina
Kicking off the King of the Carolinas weekend, Chris Ferguson headed to Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina) on Friday night powering the Jeremy Bullins-owned #22 Crate Late Model for the Southeastern Crate Association (SECA) sanctioned event. With 18 cars on hand, Ferguson locked his spot into the $3,000-to-win A-Main with the sixth fastest lap in time trials.  Rolling off 6th, Chris slipped back to a 17th place outing after retiring early from the 30-lapper on second lap.

Returning on Saturday night for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series sanctioned program, Ferguson laid down the third fastest time in qualifying earning him the 3rd-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. October 1, 2017 - Chris Ferguson Visits Georgia for a Pair of LOLMDS Events
Chris Ferguson made the trek to Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) on Saturday night competing in a field of 41 cars for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Dixie Shootout. Taking the Top 4 out of the heats, Ferguson logged a 5th place finish transferring him into the B-Main. Streaking to a 12-lap consolation victory, Chris earned the 17th-starting position for the opening night feature. Losing six spots in the 60-lapper, Chris Ferguson logged a 23rd place outing. Sunday night brought 41 competitors to Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia) for the annual Rome Showdown. After coming one spot shy of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish, Chris secured his spot into the $12,000-to-win A-Main with the 3rd and final transfer position in his B-Main. Rolling off 22nd, Chris Ferguson dropped two positions in the 50-lap affair posting a 24th place finish.
