Top-10 finish in Hunt the Front opener at All-Tech Raceway
Chris Ferguson returned to the driver’s seat of his K&K Trucking No. 22 Late Model on Friday afternoon for the rain-shortened Southbound Throwdown at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.).
Drawing 40 Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series entries for the inaugural event for the tour, Ferguson followed up the sixth-fastest qualifying lap in his group with a third-place finish in his heat. Starting the $20,000-to-win A-Main in 12th, Chris gained three positions in the 50-lap affair to finish ninth.
