Fifth-place finish at Cherokee Speedway with Mid-East Super Late Models
Chris Ferguson returned to his hometown crowd at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Saturday afternoon for the Mid-East Super Late Model-sanctioned Mike Duvall Memorial.
Ferguson qualified seventh-quickest out of 23 entries before finishing third in his heat race. With $10,000 on the line in the feature, Chris made up two spots to record a Top-5 finish in fifth.
